Global 1 Division 1 serves the following populations in the Tempe/Phoenix Metropolitan area:

• Individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability

• Low-income and uninsured individuals and families

• Veterans experiencing barriers to healthcare access

• Individuals with chronic or complex medical conditions

• Medically vulnerable seniors and adults

• Patients and families navigating end-of-life transitions

We speak up for individuals who cannot navigate the healthcare system alone — ensuring their voices are heard, their needs are addressed, and their dignity is protected at every step of their healthcare journey. When the system puts up walls, Global 1 finds the door.

We guide individuals through the complexity of healthcare systems — helping them find primary care providers, specialty care, and community health resources that match their needs, insurance status, and financial situation. Nobody should have to figure this out alone.

We support individuals moving between care settings — from hospital to home, shelter to clinic, or emergency room to primary care — ensuring no one falls through the cracks during the most vulnerable moments of their healthcare journey.

We go where the need is. We connect with unhoused individuals, low-income families, and medically vulnerable community members through direct outreach, resource navigation, and wraparound support — meeting people where they are, not where we expect them to be.

We connect individuals and families to food assistance, shelter, rental assistance, behavioral health services, dental care, transportation, and other social services that directly impact health outcomes. One call to Global 1 opens many doors.

We advocate specifically for veterans experiencing barriers to VA healthcare access — navigating federal

systems, securing appointments, and ensuring our veterans receive the benefits and care they have earned.

Those who served our country deserve someone in their corner.

We work alongside individuals experiencing homelessness to connect them to shelter, transitional housing,

medical care, and wraparound services — without judgment and without barriers. Every person deserves a safe place to heal.

We support individuals living with chronic conditions — diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and more — who lack the resources or knowledge to manage their care effectively. We help them build a care team, understand their diagnosis, and take control of their health.

We educate patients and families on end-of-life care options, help them understand what Hospice truly means, and advocate for dignified, compassionate care during life's most difficult transitions. We help families find peace in the process.
