Global 1 Management Medical Services is a nonprofit community health organization based in Tempe, Arizona. We exist to ensure that every person — regardless of income, insurance status, or housing situation — has access to compassionate, coordinated healthcare and the advocacy they deserve.

Founded by Nancy Bell, MPH, MHA, LSSBB — a healthcare operations leader with over 30 years of experience — Global 1 was built on a simple but powerful belief: that quality healthcare is not a privilege. It is a right.

Through our Community Health & Advocacy division, we provide patient advocacy, healthcare navigation, care coordination, and direct community outreach to unhoused individuals, low-income families, veterans, and medically vulnerable populations across the Tempe and Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

Global 1 does not just connect people to care. We walk with them every step of the way.

Nancy's journey began in rural Mississippi, where she witnessed firsthand the stark reality of healthcare disparities — communities where access to quality care was not a given, and where the people who needed help the most were often the least equipped to navigate a system that wasn't built for them. That early experience planted a seed that would grow into a lifelong calling.

From Mississippi to Michigan, from Michigan to California, and now to Arizona — Nancy has carried that calling across decades and across the country. Each state brought new communities, new challenges, and new opportunities to fight for people who deserved better. California sharpened her clinical and operational expertise. Arizona is where she is planting her deepest roots — and where Global 1 Management Medical Services will do its most enduring work.

Nancy Bell has spent more than 30 years doing one thing — making sure people who are overlooked, underserved, and overwhelmed by the healthcare system don't have to navigate it alone.

Born with a calling to serve, Nancy built her career across some of California's most respected healthcare organizations — including Kaiser Permanente, St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group, Camino Health Center (FQHC), Monarch Healthcare (now Optum), and St. Joseph Hospital. Along the way she earned a Master of Public Health (MPH), a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) — credentials that reflect not just her education, but her relentless commitment to doing this work with excellence.

But the credential that matters most to Nancy cannot be found on a diploma. It is the memory of every patient she sat with at a hospital bedside. Every family she helped find peace. Every veteran she fought for when the system stopped answering. Every unhoused individual she met where they were — without judgment, without barriers, and without giving up.

Global 1 Management Medical Services is the organization Nancy built to bring that same commitment to Arizona — to Tempe, to Phoenix, and to every community where people are waiting for someone to show up and fight for them.

She is also a published author, a faith-driven leader, and a passionate advocate for health equity, community wellness, and the belief that every human being — regardless of their address, their income, or their circumstances — deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for with dignity.

The journey is not coincidental. It is purposeful. And it is far from over.
